Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression! She is warm, friendly, professional and reliable. Most importantly our dog loves her and gets excited every time he hears her name. As a young but large and very strong dog, Ali had a lot of patience with him on the leash. Maverick really struggled with the walking distances on a leash portion in the beginning. She stayed patient with him and allowed him the time to adjust and train. He is so much better now because of her patience and efforts.
